The work process

Our production and processing process is carried out in an orderly and structured manner, with each stage accompanied by strict tests to ensure that the final product is of the highest quality. This is what the path of each part of our factory looks like:

Reception review:
Every part that arrives at the factory undergoes a strict acceptance inspection. At this stage, we review the customer's requirements and ensure that the part complies with the specifications attached to the drawings. Only after this stage is approved does the part move on to the next stage in the process along with a process tag that accompanies the part throughout all coating stages.

Precise masking:
After the part is approved, it moves to the masking stage according to the drawing requirement. At this stage, we mask areas or holes that do not need to be coated. The masking process is done very precisely using varnish, plugs, stickers or any other suitable material, in order to protect the sensitive parts and ensure their quality is maintained. Masking is especially important in order to avoid unwanted effects on areas that do not need to be coated. Masking is done precisely and professionally, so there is no fear of damage or any unwanted changes to the final product.

Getting to the baths:
After masking, the parts are transferred to our automatic coating baths, where we perform the appropriate coating process (anodizing, alodine, or passivation) according to the customer's specific requirements. The parts stay in baths, where high-quality coating is performed, with strict supervision of each stage of the process, to ensure that the coating is uniform and of high quality.

Final review:
After the coating process is complete, each part undergoes a final inspection. At this stage, we perform additional tests to ensure that the final result meets all customer requirements, including coating measurements, color tests, and corrosion resistance. Each part is rigorously tested, and any problems or deviations from requirements are addressed immediately.

Packaging and preparation for shipping:
After the part has passed the final inspection, it is packaged accurately and neatly to ensure damage-free arrival to the customer. The parts are packaged using materials that protect them optimally, so that sensitive parts will not be damaged during transportation. Packaging is carried out according to the customer's specific requirements, and includes customized solutions for each item.
